Mail Attachment getting corrupted

Hi,

I am using SAP workflow to send mail to the user with the document attached in the "Attachments" section at the time of Activity Creation in CRM. While the attachement is going alongwith the mail but it is getting corrupted.

What needs to be done to resolve this?

then check SCOT settings ?

double click on address node which u are using like INT , there u will get options of conversions , check these settings ?
