Hi All,
once i have created incident in solution manger one mail will be triggered. but it's not in proper alignment , so i want to modify the alignment of body as per my requirement. please help me on this one.

Hi Yogi,
If mail trigerred is custom, you can find its standard text in SO10 if any. You can set allignment there or you have to find in which report that standard text is used and called. There may be a possibility that allignment is done there.
This is a scenario. Please ellaborate if you need any other help!

I have used
Action profile as YMIN_STD
Action definition is YMIN_STD_MAIL
Form Name : AI_CRM_IM_SHORT_TEXT_LINK_FORM
Class : CL_SDK_DOC_PROC_CRM_ORDER
Method : CRM_SRVORDER_EXEC_SF_MMR
These are standard.
In SCOT i have changed form out put option as TXT instead of PDF. because i don't want any attachment as per my requirement.
but my problem is when i am getting the same data as a body of mail, it's not as per proper format like how i got in attachment and i did not getting any action item description as well.
