can anyone please tell me that is MBEWH table updated on monthly basis or regular basis.

The historical table likes MBEWH is update when a new month is started on the MBEW table.

For example, if the period in the MBEW is 01.2008 and a user modify the stock for the key (material / plant ..) MBEW will be updated but with the period 02.2008. So SAP save the line MBEW in the MBEWH and modify the line in MBEW with the period 02 2008.

So you could have old period in MBEW without line in MBEWH if there is anymore modification.
