hi Experts,

when i migrate data through lsmw i am facing one problem when use BACKGROUND update mode .

error is

Control Framework: Fatal error - GUI cannot be reached.

but when i used in forground its working well.

pls reply ASAP .

Hi,

Maybe you should try doing the recording again and then check in background mode.

Or can the recording be done using some other t-code.

If, it can be done, then do it using other t-code.

I had a problem while loading HR data.

I was loading into Objects Infotype in HR.

Table was HRP1000.

The recording was done usnig t-code PP01.

Data was getting loaded in foreground mode but, in background mode session was failing.

So, I did re-recording using t-code PP02 and things worked fine in foreground and background mode.

I suggest you do the recording again and check it.

Hi,

Check the recording once more and try it again..If still not working then check if there are any radio-buttons in the transaction you have done recording for where you are shifting the radio-button selection from default one to something else...this can be an issue in background mode.
