Hi all,

While doing data transfer using LSMW in Personal system Ides I am getting error message in conversion step.

I am uploading material master PP data. while doing conversion set it is showing

<b>Syntax error in program</b>: /1CADMC /SAP_LSMW_CONV_00000016

<b>In include</b> :/1CADMC /SAP_LSMW_CONV_00000016

<b>In line</b> : 99

"For type 'c' a maximum length specification of 65535 is allowed.

Pls help to slow this problem

Syntax Error problem solved.

But while conversion data it is asking transaction -

to -

---

what to enter in this blanks. if I had not enter anything relevant to that. I am getting error message unable to write the file.

pls give solution to this problem

Hi,

I also got the same error earlier. you need to change the length of a perticular field in step: maintain field mapping and conversion rule. after that save the step. if u convert the data now, it should not give you any error.

but you need to do the same thing when ever u run the mainatin field mappings and conversion rule.
