There is a table that was created to work in conjunction with the customer master (XD01 and XD02) to verify entered BA codes in the marketing tab. I believe it may have been some time since this table was updated with current data from the regulatory bodies. (EUB, SIR, MOG). This is making it impossible to have good reporting data. When we set up customers in CA01 we search in Industry Code 1 for the BA code. If it is in the system, we enter it in the appropriate field (Industry Code 1 for State1, Ind Code 2 for State 2, Ind Code 3 for State 3 . Etc.). If it does not come up in the search but we try to enter it manually, SAP does not allow it.
I would like to refresh this table which was created with conjunction with the customer master (XD01 and XD02) so that I have the current info. I beleive I have to use LSMW. Unfortunately I havent used LSMW ever so if you guys can please helkp me out with some help , would be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Aarav,
Best option is use simple report program to update your table. To use LSMW you will need a object to which creates entries into the table.
Do not use LSMW for this simple requirements.

Mahesh

Hi,
You can add more entries for Industry Code through SM30 with view V_TBRC.

Thanks Teddy , yes I can go there and manually add them there , but is it possible to load an entire set of data because as far as I know it wont be just one or two that needs to be added , it will be a bunch of records that need to be refreshed, so instead of adding them manually one by one , is there any other way to load them , like LSMW , as I was hinted as to do with LSMW , is it possible with it?
Thanks

Ararav,
If you have table view available then you can use LSMW.
Use Transaction LSMW, Create Project / Subproject & Object
In maintain object attributes
You have to record BDC for transaction SM30 with your table view as entry, then follow steps to enter entry and then save option.
Define inbound source structure in next two steps
Maintain field mappings.
Specify inbound data file.
<Generate programs via following steps.>
Follow futher steps till to run BDC session.
I hope it will help.
Regards,
Mahesh
