Hi all,

I m doing LSMW for MM01, I have done validation for some fields.e.g. New material no. shud not exist in mara table.

If it exist , i m skipping that record.

But I want those skipped records to re-upload it.

How do i get those records?

You need to store them manually in some z table, or else instead of skip put it into error record by making matnr or any other key field blank or so....

Hi,

Not clear about your query. How can you re-upload the skipped records which already exist on your SAP system. Means, can you create a material manually by MM01 which already exist on your SAP system?

No ,I mean those records shud be stored somewhere in internal table so that i wil know which records are skipped.

Why dont u try like this.

Create an Internal table wich can hold all the Skipped records

Of the mara table. This u can write in Routine of the 5th Step

of LSMW.

Then Loop that Inetrnal table to upload the same to the table.

Try this.

Hi,

In 5th step Field mapping and Rule:

1.__GLOBAL_DATA__: Global Data Definitions and Declarations

Declear the data object for file path.i.e

data: p_file type pathextern value <file path>(application server file path).

2.__BEGIN_OF_PROCESSING__ before Data Processing Starts

open dataset p_file in text mode encoding default for output.

3. __BEGIN_OF_TRANSACTION__ Before Transaction Processing Starts

check materisl If it exist

Concatenate <f1> <f2> into <wa> separated by 'field separator'.

transfer <wa> to p_file.

Skip that record.

Finally check the skipped records in application server file path.
