hi!
my requirement is that i have to upload two different files means both the files have different structures, i had created structures in lsmw accoring to that only(they structure is in parent child relationship as per my requirement) my question is that how should i upload two files at a time?when i go to specifly files,there it uploads only one file,where should i give the path for 2nd file?

In LSMW, in steps 7(specify files) and 8(assign files)..you can assign files over there

the thing is LSMW can be used with only 1 file at a time...U have to use the LSMW 2 times for 2 files..

r u sure that we can not upload two files in two lsmw?
coz i don't think so. do you have any document stating this so that i can show to my team lead and he can change the requirement.

Hi Anjali,
We can upload two files at a time in LSMW. I did this one time in BoM uploading. In which there were two files. one was containing header records & other was contining item details. Go for the steps I suggeted. It will solve your problem.

Hi Anjali,
First assign both the structure in step 'Maintain Structure Relations'. Then in Step 'Specify files' you can specify the files for different strucutres in Lagacy data for PC(Frontend).
These files will be shown in import data & in convert data with system generated file name.
