Hi,

In

SPECIFY FILE

1) First have the data file into the path which you want to give.

2)Then double click Legacy Data

3)YOu will get file on front end pop up.

4)In File input field keep cursor click F4

5)Selct the File path.

And choose the options and enter.

Done..

Sample :

Legacy Data On the PC (Frontend)

     QO header details C:LSMWdata_zqoheader.txt
Data for One Source Structure (Table)
                                    Separator Tabulator
Field Names at Start of File
Field Order Matches Source Structure Definition
With Record End Indicator (Text File)
                                    Code Page ASCII

When you go to specify the files, you probably selected 'Legacy data -- On the R/3 server (application server)' option. You don't need a logical file for PC file. Simply delete it and select the option 'On the PC (frontend)'.

Hello,

Specify the file from your PC frontend. Then it should be fine. If you are trying to use the Application server to read your file, then you need the logical file.

Thanks.
