LSMW with BAPI

Hi All,

Please tell me what are the steps required to use LSMW with BAPIs. Are there any standard BAPIs to hire/fire an employee etc?

Any example using BAPI with LSMW will be great!

If you need to do a custom BAPI , it would be simpler to do a recording than to create a bapi.

You can do the recording for the transaction and then upload the data using LSMW

Hi Dominic,

The recordings tend to be very slow as compared to BAPI thats why I am leaning towards writing a custom BAPI.

Also I want to upload data per EE whereas with recordings, I believe the commit is done for each table instead of each EE ?
