LSMW Using BAPI n Batch Input

Hi All,

Can you Please provide step by step procedure for Bapi and Batch inpput Methods Using LSMW.

and whether it is Different in Abap and Xi.

Basically my requirement is to migrate the data from Legacy systems.we are implementing the project in XI.

Frame program for periodic data transfer

The last steps in bold and italics are the ones that will post the data.
