LSMW - IT1002 description

Hi All,

I need to do a conversion for IT1002 and IT1048. There is a description field in these infotypes which is I guess saved in cluster.

I am not able to figure out where this description field is saved. And how can I push this descriptions into cluster, can I use LSMW. What will be the table and field name to push this data.
