LSMW - IDoc uploading

Hi Experts,

In LSMW, What r the differences I can notice, while uploading a Flat file data and uploading a IDoc data (Other than this difference i.e.Apart from 12 common steps in LSMW, the IDoc processing procedure have 4 more steps i.e. IDoc Creatin, Process, Overview, Post Processing)?

In Flat file upload, follwoing r the steps

MAINTAIN OBJECT ATTRIBUTES

MAINTAIN SOURCE STRUCTURES

MAINTAIN SOURCE FIELDS

MAINTAINS STRUCTURE RELATIONS

MAINTAIN FIELD MAPPING AND CONVERSION RULES

MAINTAIN FIXED VALUES, TRANSLATIONS, USER-DEFINED ROUTINES

SPECIFY FILES

ASSIGN FILES

READ DATA

DISPLAY READ DATA

CONVERT DATA

DISPLAY CONVERTED DATA

Hi,

I am working in SAP 3.1I version. I developed a LSMW which to be transported to Produection server. But I couldn't create transport request for that. Normally in higher versions like 4.6C we can see the options like <b>Extras --> Create Transport request</b> in initial menu. But that option is missing in 3.1I.

Can anyone tell how to create transport request for LSMW in 3.1I version?
