LSMW - Data Mapping issue - Customer master

Hi All,

I am trying to create customer master via batch input method (using program RFBIDE00 - program type B).

In the mapping section, I map all the fields and check the output in foreground method and it worked fine except for field BKNA1-BRSCH (industry key). The reason was, I forgot to maintain the mapping for this field. So it works fine if I enter the value while processing it in foreground.

Now, in the mapping fields step, I map this with the field in the source structure. Now, due to the mapping, it shows me the value in that field during the foreground run but does not contain any data for the subsequent screens.

Any idea what could be the issue?

Hi,

Have you made a new conversion & batch generation after the new mapping? if not, run these steps and check the sessions.

Yes, I have done that... Thats how I can see that there is a difference between the two.
