LONGTEXT: MATERIAL - PRUE

hi all,

I have to migrate longtext with Id PRUE and Object MATERIAL.

No problem with the upload (I guess), but I have no idea where I can see the result. There are so many Longtexts in all the views of the material master.

Anyone nows where this longtext is hided?

Hi

Please check in Table <b>STXH</b>

You need to give as input

1.Text object

2.Text Name

3.Text ID

4.Language.

Since you have both 1 and 3 goto the table and you will be able to see the long text that have been created.

Hello,

I have a similar doubt. I create a Text for a Shipment with the Function 'CREATE_TEXT'. But the problem is that when you execute the transaction VT03N and enter the Shipment Number.

You choose 'Further Dates' and you select an event pushing the botton 'Texts', but the text doesn't appear.

In table STXL has been created a new entry with this Text. Do you know why this text doesn't appear in VT03N.

Hi,

I think you did not understand my question.

I hav eno problem with the migration.

I have migrated long text several times and it is always the same.

My problem is, that I do not nknow where I can see the result, because thematerial master has so many views and lots of long texts and in MM03 I did not find it.

You know where the longtext MATERIAL - PRUE is hided in the material master?

Hi,

go to the material master MM03

Enter a material..

Press enter..

Select the basic data 1 and 2 view..

Press "Additional data" button in the application toolbar..

Then choose the tab "Inspection text"..

That is where the text is stored for the object MATERIAL and id PRUE..

No, you can not find long texts in a table.

To retrieve them, use function module "READ_TEXT"
