Logical Database PNP cannot fetch correct data?

I use logical database PNP fetch HR master data.

PA0001 has records with company code = 0960 .

But can not fetch data using GET PERNR.

however

PA0001 has not records with company code = 0770 .

But it got so many data using GET PERNR.

WHY..............

person originally transferd from 0770 to 0960, It is OK.
