Lock two documents

Hi, Guys:

after I created lock object using SE11, Can I lock two document number at the same time. I mean can I use 'CALL FUNCTION 'ENQUEUE_XXX' two times at the same time, but lock different records? thanks.

when I CALL FUNCTIONS two times, just pass in different document number, that's it or need do something else. thanks.
