Loading CRM Org Model via BAPI?

We would like to programatically create an Org Model in our CRM system when we create employees. So, when we add employees (Via a flat file loaded via BAPIs), we would like to insert them into the org model.

Anyone have any tips as to how to do this?

Hi Robert,

I have successfully loaded Org structure using FM's.

Plz tell me the exact scenario and what you want to do.

I have uploaded complete org structure including org units, positions etc. through flat file. So, i think i can help you out.
