Hi,

The first program is for Process Order status management: Control Recipes / Process Messages , etc.

The second program is tree node report which is also for process orders and displays the phase / operation / activity and the actual variances for the program

There are a number of programs in the package SLIS. The programs start with BCALV* and there are a lot of examples for what you are looking for.
