Hi Aravindh,

1) Reference Document for LIS:

2) Info Structure:

Info structure are transparent tables used by Logistics Information System for statistics purposes.

Basically, they are defined by their characteristics (analyses axis - keys of the transparent table) and their key figures.

It is not very complicated to define an info structure, because there are already a lot of field catalogs define in the standard that you can use for defining characteristics and key figures of you Info Structure.

However, it is really complicated to define the update rules and to activate an infostructure for further reporting use.

There are a lot of steps to follow, and you have to know very well the so-called "communication structures" used by the update programs of SAP as en interface between Master Data and Info structures.
