VBRP - Billing Document: Item Data

for any sales order no(vbeln),

there will be salesgroup(vkgrp) , salesoffice(vkbur), salesunit(vrkme).

these values decide the status of sales document.

VBAK-VBELN is the sales order number...

VBAK-VKBUR is the sales office(branch) responsible for the order.

VBAK-VKGRP is the sales group ..indicating the group of people responsible for the sales.

The information are picked up from the customer master.

VBRP-VRKME is the sales unit in Invoice data. It is basically the unit in which the sale of the particular product was made. The link between sales document and invoice can be found via VBFA table.
