Link Between VBAK and VBRK Table

Dear All,

I need to fetch data from VBRK and VBAK tables. I have 3 fields from VBAK table i.e. VKORG,VTWEG and SPART and one field from VBRK table i.e FKDAT on selection screen.

Please tell me link between these table.If i take VBELN as a link but both VBELN are different one is billing document number and other is sales order number.

So how to fetch the data from them ? Please suggest the logic ?

hi,

u have to link VBAK( Sales Document: Header Data ) and VBRP ( Billing Document: Item Data ) through

VBRP-AUBEL = VBAK-VBELN. find vbeln from VBRP for matching aubel. and than link to VBRK.

Hi

Use VBRK is the header and VBRP is the ITEM for Billing data

Link these two by VBELN

then link the VBRP with VBAK and VBAP tables like

VBRP-AUBEL = VBAK-VBELN and

VBRP-AUPOS = VBAP-POSNR

Hi All.

Thanks for such a quick response. BUt my concern is now with its performance. VBRP is an item table with lot's of entries in it and it will cretainly influence my report performance.

Can anyone suggest me any other way without using VBRP table inorder to enhance my report performance. I think we can relate VBRK and VBAK table using VBFA or VBUK table but i don't know how. Can you help me out with this ? I have already mentioned the fields which i will be using.

YA YOU CAN MAKE USE OF <b>VBFA</b> TABLE. That contain each billing its reference delivery and reference sales order.

technically,

VBAK-VBELN = VBRK-AUBEL.

functionally VBAK is sales header and VBRK is billing header
