We are going with license auditing & have below concern related with it,

1) We kep the expirydates for inactive & expired users, as i referred it should be excluded from license measurement..?

But they are coming as professional users in system measurement.

Can you please suggest how shall we exculde them from measurement..?

Hi Sami,

In addition to making the validity period as invalid date in logon data, you should lock the user with roles removed & add them into a user group where all the expired users would be maintained

Does they belongs to "Professional" type just for the information SAP license based on named users (License Type: Professional, Limited Professional, Developer). User type "test" are not included in that list.

Go to USMM clickon User classifcation, in the selection screen ,selectnvalid users only (it is set to "All") by default
