Layout in ALV

Hi,

Could anyone tell me in detail what the the purpose of the following in a alv layout.

1.ZEBRA

2.COLWIDTH_OPTIMIZE

3.window_titlebar

Hi,

Zebra:

layout-Zebra = 'X' makes alternate rows to be coloured dark and light....

COLWIDTH_OPTIMIZE:

COLWIDTH_OPTIMIZE = 'X' makes column with to increase/decrease as per the content width....

if u make window_titlebar = ' ' the title of the detail display popup window(u get when u double click on a row) ll be details:Display....

if u make window_titlebar = '<Title as u like>' it ll come der......

Hi,

This layout option is used for the layout purpose of ur alv report i.e how should the alv appear. i.e in zebra means in strips form...

hi ,

if u use the COLWIDTH_OPTIMIZE then automatically it will reduce the sise of the field for ex ... if the field had 20 chars and you assigned 30 chars then it will make it to 20 only...
