Last page in forms

Hi,

I have a requirement in script where there are three pages First page,Next page and Last page.

I have added the pages in this manner.

First page's next page is the Next

Next page's next page is the Last

Last page's next page is the Last.

but the last page is not getting printed.

Please suggest if I am doing anything wrong.
