Language Lock

EXPERT

My system crashed during the running import language (transaction SMLT), Job has been finished successfully but Truck Legend is still displaying since long days

When I try to "Restart" I get the following error message: Language locked, you cannot perform this action.

The SAP recommends the following procedure: "In rare cases (for example, if the system or a program crashes), a lock may remain, even though no action is active.

If this is the case, you must remove the lock manually. To do this, use Transaction SM12 and search for locks on the table T002C. Make sure that no action is active before you remove the lock. To view the language transport actions, go to the Transaction SM37 and search for jobs that start with the prefix SAP-LANGUAGE"

I checked the job is not active under SM37. However I cannot find the lock for table T002C under SM12.

Does anybody know other way to unlock the language in order to restart

the import process?

Does anyone know how to delete the language also?

Thanks in advance

I didn't find any types of process in sm50 or sm66.

Control passed to tp/R3trans (see long text) its mentioned in the ACtion Log.

Is there anyway to delete the imported or locked language ?

Hello,

You can solve it using abortimp in the SMLT (write abortimp as it were a transaction, without the /n)
