Label printing issue with Zebra printer

Hello,

We use Zebra printers for printing labels. If we use internal label out put type (such as ZIL1, or something else, which contains internal HU label) the labels are printing fine, continuously. If we use externel label out put type (such as ZEX1 or something else, which contains external HU label) the labels printing piece by piece, not contiously.

Note: it is a big issue for us, because we print daily more than one thousands external label.

Unfortunately our support team don't find the solution for this problem.

Could you help me some advice to find the solution? Is it a printer or SAP setup problem? Or something else?
