is it really required by the client?

at the first page itself ..at extreme right on the standard tool bar..you will find one button..click on it.

ok,

goto any screen of SAP ..the standard tool bar where you give the transaction code..in the same line at the end you can see one button with green red blue vertical lines.. called customizing of local layout.. or you can press Alt+F12.
