Need to understand how is transaction currency converted to Controll area currency in Ko04 transaction. Is there function module I can call that can do the conversion. I am trying to create similar. Your help is appreciated

READ_EXCHANGE_RATE and BAPI_EXCHRATE_GETCURRENTRATES is returning different rates. does anyone know why?
