Pleae let me know the table which is containing field " jurisdiction Code", Which we are using in XD01 ( Create Customer).

Its TTXJ. You should see list of all possible tax codes here. TTXJT is the text table for the same.

If you are using external tax software, you can call FM RFC_DETERMINE_JURISDICTION with the appropriate RFC destination and pass the address. The jurisdiction code will be returned if the address is valid.
