Your question is not clear. Please explain.

Your requirement is not really clear, but....

Loop at it_child.

read table it_marc with key matnr = it_child-matnr
                            werks = it_child-werks.
if sy-subrc = 0.
it_marc-upd = 'X'.
modify it_marc.
endif.

endloop.
