Issues with zebra printer

We got following problems in print process.

1. 1) Problem: Device type for printer not present in SPAD.

What is correct device type for ZEBRA GC420t in SAP

1. 2) While uploading *.ITF file into Standard text SO10, when we select code page 9162   which is for zebra device type we got following error.

Then which is correct CODE Page for this printer

1. 3) Output we are getting

1. 4) According to the OSS note 179534, BAR ONE Designer was used to design the layouts but now its new version is available which is ZebraDesigner for mySAP Business Suite 2.2.3. So are we using the right software to design layouts?

Hi Akshay

I have the same issue. Will you kindly tell me whether You are using LZEB2 device type  ?

I am using smart forms for this Model but Not working correctly. Sometimes Print is coming and sometimes not.

Please let me know  how its resolved by You.
