issues with BAPI_MATERIAL_MAINTAINDATA_RT

Hi,

I need to create new material plant data from reference site material plant.

I am using BAPI_MATERIAL_MAINTAINDATA_RT to do so.This BAPI creates new material if only the reference material is an retail materail.pls let me advice this is true with this BAPI,If so pls let me advice which bapi is suitable for creating new plant material data .

the bapi BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA does it for you.

Hi Ravi,

I tried with the BAPI you would have mentioned ,I need to update MARC-VRBWK and this fields in the structure of this bapi.thats why i selected BAPI_MATERIAL_MAINTAINDATA_RT.
