Issue with output device

Hi,

I got perfect output in developement server for script and smartform.After i transported into testing.I got lot of allignment problems(like title,values in mainwindow,page titles).can i got why this happens .is there any problem with outdevice in development and testing client.please help me .

Yes, definitly, cofiguration of output devices is diferent in both systems. Check with system administrator.

There can two problems

1. You might be using Z fonts, which might have not loaded in testing client ( or not properly loaded ) Test with other forms which used this font.

2. Output device configuration

Hi,

Please check your printer settings, Might be while testing in Dev serve you might have tested with LOCL printer where you might have got correct output.

you can check the printer settings in transaction SPAD

or else contact the BASIS person.
