Issue with NPM install

Hi Readers,
When I am trying to install the npm I am getting the below-shown errors, I have worked with multiple stups like uninstalling and re-installing the node, setting the environment variables C:\Program Files\nodejs\node_modules\npm\bin and C:\Program Files\nodejs\ etc but no luck.
