Issue with LOGO display in SAP Script

Hi all,

We have developed a SAP Script in which we are displaying the company logo. When we execute the transaction and see the output of SAP Script, LOGO is visible.

This was transported to Staging (Testing) system. Testing was done here and all worked fine. LOGO is in its place.

Now, this has been transported to Production client. But now when we execute the transaction in production system, LOGO is not appearing on the output. I mean LOGO is NOT Displayed.

We have checked the versions in Dev/ Testing/ Prd systems. They all are same.

Could any one think of anything else that could be missing?

Check whether the LOGO exists in Production System.

goto se78 and chk whether logo is there r not

Dear all,

Thanks for quick replies. I forgot to mention this point when i raised this question.

I have checked in Production client in SE78.

The LOGO is available. I mean with the same name it exists.

I also checked the Print Preview in SE78. It is visible.

Hi

check logo is exists on production server not . if not then add logo using tcode SE78.

Ram,

Please answer the following

1. In prod go to se78 and select the graphic which you have imported and check print preview.

Is it visible?

2. If 1 is fine, issue an output of the print program to the printer. Check to see if the printer is reproducing the logo.
