Issue with IDOC

Hi all,

I have a issue with IDCO

A Good Issue to Cost center had been performed with an incorrect G/L Account

This transcation is done in a third party system & updated through IDOCS

Previously, SAP was checking the Idoc before to record to movement, and if the G/L account is not related/linked to the cost center number the Idoc was not accepted and remain in Status 51(error).

Now it is no more the case!

In production the idoc is posted even if the G/L account is not correct.

But in Quality it is stopping,i mean posting is not happening

,it remain in Status 51(error).

May i know what all could be reasons ,what all should i check to prevent this happening in prodcution system

hi,

How your system will check g/l account related to cost center.

If you are using any custom program then check why it is not working.

Thanks for your quick response,I'm not a technical consultant

If that is working fine in Quality & not in prodcution then does it mean that some change is done in production

Pls let me know how to check

Changes cannot be done directly in production server.

So what i feel is there may be some conditions that are

used in program ,check them with your technical consultant.

the reason might be that your Quality system is not configured to interact with the third party system if I

am understanding it right.
