Issue with FM so_new_document_send_api1

Hi experts,

I am using FM so_new_document_send_api1 to send mails from system to some end users.

In DEV, my program is working fine.

But when, i transported it to Quality, when i run the program. I have always exception number 2.

I don't understand what can be the cause.

Is there something to do on quality?

Hi amine,

I'm nearly sure that your mail-service is not configured correct. You can see the setting in TA scot, if you are not familiar with it contact the basis-guys, they will know what to check.

Please try to check settings in SOST=>Utilities=>SAPConnect in both systems.

BTW,

FM so_new_document_send_api1

is not supported in SCN since a couple of years.

Users who refuse to switch to CL_BCS should find solution themselves!

In SCOT transaction, receivers mail IDs need to be maintained under SMTP mode.
