Issue with BTE for triggering change pointers for classification screen of material

Hi,

I have an issue with triggering change pointers for classification screen of a material, I am using BTE and I am Z fm SAMPLE_INTERFACE_00004005 to that BTE. Could you please suggest what is the logic to be writen inside that FM so that change pointers are triggered.

Why do you need a BTE to trigger change pointers? did you activate the change pointers via BD50 for the message type CLFMAS?

Hello Vikram,

I know we can activate change pointers via BD50, for material if we want the change pointers to be triggered for classification tab  also than we need to write BTE .

1. Trigger Change pointer for Classification when Material data changes?

2. Trigger Change pointer for Classification when Classification data changes?

Hi Rudra,

I need to trigger change pointer for material when the  classification data changes in the material.

As explained earlier I had already created a BTE event for this.

Did you try maintaining BD52 entries for MATMAS( Or your Material Master Message type if you use a custom one ).  What do you need trhe BTE for?
