issue with BAPI_REQUIREMENT_CREATE FM

Hi Guys,

I am using BAPI_REQUIREMENT_CREATE FM to create Purchase requisition.

Getting the follwing message when I post it.

No items exist (not possible to save)

Message no. W5002

Any one come across similar kind of problem.
