Issue while setting up Debugger in AMDP table function class method

I m facing issue while setting up debugger in AMDP method of CDS table function, If I try to put debugger in some other existing AMDP method it works fine, but If I try to put in the one which I am trying to create , it gives attached pop up, did any one faced this issue earlier?

Please check the SAP notes and open a ticket at SAP support if no note exists or applies.
