Issue regarding Table Maintainance

Hi Experts,

I am working on a support project.

Here I am facing a problem in Table Maintainance.

I have a Z-table with Delivery Class 'A' on Development, But When I checked on Quality, It is 'C and On Production, again it is 'A'.

It is Two step Maintainance Generator.

I was unable to create data entries in Production. So I created a new Transport Request changing the Delivery Class to A and made it 'A' at all the servers Dev, Quality and Production.

But still I am unable to create entries in Production. It is allowing me to create entries in Dev and Quality but not on Production.

Here we have three more table which are showing the same behaviour and all are related to the same Function Group.

Please let me know how can I solve this Problem...

Use Delivery Class 'C' instead of 'A'.

Also change maintenance generator to one step.

Also check Recording routine is second radio button i.e. 'no or user recording routine'

HI,

delivery class 'A' should allow tabe maintenance. when u go to table maintanence as you defined 2 step are you able to see the key fields in initial screen and other fields in second screen. if yes and you are able to enter data but not able to save it then check if you have any events that are written in table maintanence. also it would be helpfull if you tell what error you are getting.

Jayaram,

It is not allowing me to Create any entry in Production.

It is giving me a message 'Client 041 has status 'not modifiable'.

And on the next screen, I am not finding any button as 'Create Entry'.

Hi,

I have faced the same problem , but i solved with creation of new Authorization group and assinged that group in table maintaince generator.

PLease check do you have authorization for that authorizatione( Which is given in table maintence) or not.

Delivery class 'A' and Table maintenance Two step, is Ok.

Just check is there any event code written in Table maintenance which is preventing you to save or create entries.

And also It could be an authorization issue in Table maintenance.
