Issue Outbound IDOC generation

Hi All,

I have outbound idoc for PO create and change. I have maintained a Shiping instuction text at header level in that some of the texts are commented.

Even though these lines are commented out i am getting them in IDOC segments. So is there any way that i can avoide transfering these lines to iDOC.

For all of these comments first you create one field for to store all these texts...after that go to BD56 check this field as not mandatory...it may helps you.

You can create your own idoc type and make the required fields to be mandatory or optional...

Create a field and assign the text to that field and while transferring make the variable as not mandatory
