Issue in Tcode SBWP

Hi SAP Gurus,

I am facing one issue in Tcode SBWP, after creating the DIR from CV01N with entering Change Number and then by changing the document status, a mail is sent to the concern person for approval. In his inbox when he opens the mail and click on reject button, a pop screen appears to enter the comment and then click continue button to complete the process.

Now the problem is whenever Tcode CC02 is in edit mode, at that time if the enduser, open the mail in inbox, the mail opens and when he click on reject button, a pop up screen appears to enter the comment. After entering the comment, when he click continue button, he receives a error message that 'Change Number is locked by ....(username)'.

The enduser want this message to come before the pop screen appear. How can we do this in SAP.

Please suggest.
