Is the SQL Console Layout customizable?

I am using ADT with Eclipse Neon and I would like to know if I can change the layout of the SQL Console.

I would like to have the result window below the editor window instead of side-by-side and I cannot find how to change it.

It is currently not possible to customize the SQL console.
