Invoice Printing

Dear Forum,

we used to print Invoice in DOT Matrix printer on a Pre-printed Stationary which have 3 copies (User, Duplicate1 & duplicate 2). Here i am getting 3 copies with 1 Print option.(one original & 2 carbon copies)

Now, we want to print the same with Lase Jet. My problem is with laser jet i will get only One print out.

I need to print 3 copies (Reprint) at the timing of Saving the Invoice Document.

Help me on this.

When you print there is a parameter for no of copies if you initialise it to 3 you can get the required number of copies.

for script,

in the function Module,

'Open_form' there is a parameter 'Dialog' pasll 'X' to this . which popup a print dialog. there you can specify as many no of copies as you want.

I guess you can also check printer settings in Tcode SPAD for that printer.

Hi,

In the Laser Printer case also you need to maintain the same configuration in SPAD transaction, Contact your Basis team to do that.
