Inventory Adjustment?

I need to make physical inventory adjustments in an interface to correct an incorrect quantity (increase or decrease) scenarios. Should I use 701 or 702? Not sure if we can use a physical inventory movement "without" the use of a physical inventory document that we willl not have due to acquisition. Maybe we be able to use 711 and 712 movement?

Also whatGoods Move transaction code? MB01 or MB1B?

Has anybody had this issue?

Open to all suggestions.....Thank-You.
