is it a date inside the spool, or a spool attribute?
If it's inside, the issue comes from the program.
Is it a custom program?

Hi,
The job is running for a custom program. Not only the particular Job some of the other Jobs also giving the same date format.
If it is spool attributes problem then where should we check this? or Printer settings problem? even that time format is not exist every where in world .
Thanks..

I meant, your initial question was not clear, I was not sure, is it a date field in your form? (or is the date somewhere else, a spool date attribute for example, if you create the spool by calling SAP internal function modules...)
I guess the problem is only the value you print (not the format): what value do you see when you debug your form?

99.7% sure the output device is printing exactly what was sent to it.. Suggest you check what is being done to date/time fields in the program, and debug at the point where the PDF is created....
