Internal table to spool

Hi Experts,

how can we convert the value of an internal table to spool.

The length of each record in my internal table is 277 char.i have to send these values to a spool and also as an pdf attachment to mail.Is there any restriction for pdf and spool size.(ie)upto 132 char..

Is there exists a structure like TLINE with field length more than 230 char.

Its very Urgent..Plz reply..
