In debugging mode open the internal table and then Right cilck on the data of inernal table and then click on Save as Excel Worksheet

Hi Pritish.sap,
Before executing the program :
1) Enter '/h' and press Enter.
2) Now click on Execute
3) It will automatically take you to the Debugg mode.....
4) Now press F5 for step by step debugging...every time you have to press F5 for step by step debugging
else you can double click on Internal table to put a debugger and press F8..cursor will directly comes to your Internal table.
Now press F5 and double click on your Internal table.
If you wish to save the contents of the interanl Table then :
1) When you Double click on Itable it will apper at the right hand side of your debugger.
2) Right click on it and select save as local file.
3) It will give you options to save it in Text format, speard sheet...etc

Even though the instructions are for 4.6 you can switch your debugger to Classic mode and follow the instructions provided in the link above.
